Jackets will be available to order in the fall of 2008

Lined band jackets are now available for purchase. The jacket shell is black nylon with a warm polyester, rayon, cotton mix lining. Jackets are available with or without a hood. It is a zip up garment with 2 outside pockets. Jackets are available in adult sizes ranging from Small – 5XL.

(Try on sizes will be available in the band room)

As shown below, the jacket will have the student’s name and instrument embroidered in grey on the front, and “Edythe J. Hayes Band” embroidered in grey on the back.

If you would like to purchase a jacket for your child please complete the order form below and return it to school with a check for $56.00 (payable to EJ Hayes) by TBA. (For sizes larger than XL please add $2.00) The jackets will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after the order is placed.
