If you are new to track here is some info for you.
You will stay after school and practice everyday. The competition are called
meets and in these meets you will sign up for up to four events. The events
range from short to mid to long distance. There are also jumps and throws
that test strength. If you are someone who wants to practice to get into
shape but you do not want to compete, you do not have to, but we recommend
it.
