Abraham Lincoln was born in 1809. He loved to read. Lincoln’s father was a carpenter and a farmer. Lincoln had several different jobs such as operating a store, surveying, and a postmaster. Lincoln faced an internal crisis call slavery when he was president. During a performance he was shoot in the back of the head and died.
